11:20 a.m. — Scott Milne conceded to Molly Gray in the Lieutenant Governor’s race last night.

01:11 a.m. — Secretary of State reporting all but 11 precincts reporting. We will be wrapping up updating the live count in the next hour.
9:26 pm. — Prospective gubernatorial candidate David Zuckerman has officially conceded the race to Gov. Phil Scott.
9:02 p.m. — Associate Press declares incumbent Governor Phil Scott (R) winner.
8:57 p.m. — Hardwick reports 1,591 ballots out of 2,352 registered voters (67.6%), up from 1,410 in 2016.
8:35 p.m. — Wolcott reports 937 ballots counted out of 1,148 registered voters (79%), up from 810 in 2016’s General Election.
7:19 p.m. — The Associated Press has declared Joe Biden wins Vermont.
7:16 p.m. — The Associated Press has declared incumbent Peter Welch (D) has won his eighth term in office as Vermont’s congressperson.
