Motor Vehicle Collision, Domestic Assault
On April 22, Louis Marsh, of Wolcott, was arrested and cited to appear in Caledonia Court in St. Johnsbury on June 21.
On April 26, Police responded to 86 Stratton Road for a report of two males fighting. Michael Dyer was cited to appear in Caledonia County Court on June 14 for the charges of Domestic Assault.
On April 26, Police responded to 86 Stratton Road for a report of an assault. Nathanael Bagley was cited to appear in Caledonia County Court on June 14 for the charges of Domestic Assault.
On April 27, at 7:52 a.m., Louis Marsh Jr. was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Caledonia on a failure to appear for a criminal DLS. Marsh was cited to appear in court on April 27 at 12:30 p.m. and released.
On April 27, Tara Winslow was involved in a motor vehicle collision with a parked car at 101 Route 16 in Hardwick. Winslow was involved with an individual that had a warrant and was trying to flee the area. Winslow was located at the intersection of Route 16 and Route 15 and questioned about the individual with the warrant when the officer found out she was involved in a motor vehicle crash and fled the scene. Winslow was questioned and released with a citation to appear in Caledonia County Court on June 21 at 10:00 a.m. for charges of Leaving Scene of an Accident.
On April 27, Ryan Sturtevant-Hatch was arrested on an outstanding in state warrant out of Lamoille County. With combined efforts from Hardwick Officer Jenness, Detective Corporal Lehoe, Sergeant Barber, Chief Cochran, Lamoille Deputy Costa, K9 Kubo and handler Corporal Tetreault of Lamoille County Sheriff Department, Sturtevant-Hatch was successfully located on a K9 track and apprehended without further incident. Sturtevant-Hatch was lodged on a lack of $10,000 bail for the outstanding warrant and cited to appear in Caledonia County Court on June 28 for charges of Negligent Operation during the incident.
April 29, Dennis Collins, of E. Hardwick, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and was released on a citation to appear on April 30.
On May 3, at 10:20 a.m., William P. Quinn, of Craftsbury, was stopped on Wolcott St. in Hardwick. Police issued a $162 ticket for improper cell phone use.
On May 3, at 9:45 a.m., Scott M. Kirk, of Burlington, was stopped on Wolcott St. in Hardwick. Police issued a $162 ticket for No Registration.
