On April 10, at approximately 1 p.m., Deputy Jeremy Cotnoir responded to a report of an assault. After investigation and speaking with the involved parties, it was determined that Justin Bishop, of Albany, on separate occasions caused bodily injury to a household member. Bishop was taken into custody and later released with a citation to appear in Orleans Superior Cour, as well as conditions of release.
