Fermentation Workshop to be Held April 30

CRAFTSBURY – Grow Your Own has put together a free workshop series for 2022 on gardening, cooking, and preserving topics chosen by, and taught by neighbors and community members. This year workshops will be held in Craftsbury as well as Hardwick. The series kicks off with a fermentation workshop in Craftsbury, April 30, led by Nancy VanWinkle. Register by April 28 by emailing director@hardwickareafoodpantry.org or call (802) 472-5940.

The workshop will be from 1:30 to 3 p.m. Space is limited. The mission of Grow Your Own is increased food independence, better health and well-being through shared knowledge and experience, and is a project of the Hardwick Area Food Pantry, Center for an Agricultural Economy and Wonder Arts (Rural Arts Collaborative).
