Workshop to Write a Book on May 3-5

MARSHFIELD – A free after-school enrichment workshop to write a book for students in fifth to eighth grades will be held Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, May 3 to 5, at the Jaquith Library.

Students will write their own book and become a local author, with local artist, Erin Barry. The students will work together to develop the characters, work on drawing, plot development, and the details of creating a finished book. The books will help create a local authors shelf; a new inventory available to the public created by local community members.

A free snack will be provided. For more information, call (802) 426-3581. The library is located at 122 School St., room 2.
