JOHNSON – Housing for Vibrant Communities is the first of a two-part Housing Summit Series, that will be presented on Friday, June 3 at Jenna’s House, 117 St. John’s Road, Johnson, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
This first part of the series will explore the interconnections between housing, economic development, and community, including the role of municipalities in advancing housing solutions and opportunities for intertown collaboration.
Members of the public, municipalities, select boards, development review boards and planning commissions, human service organizations, nonprofit and for-profit sectors, housing developers and landlords are invited to join county-centered conversations focused on housing successes and challenges happening in Lamoille Valley communities. Participants will offer their perspectives and hear panel discussions with voices from municipalities, human service organizations, realtors, economic development, and community planning.
Attendance may be in person at Jenna’s House in Johnson, or remotely on Zoom. Refreshments and lunch will be served. The series is free and open to the public. For more information, please contact Lamoille Housing Partnership Public Relations Manager Kerrie Lohr at firstname.lastname@example.org.
