Hardwick’s 2nd Assistant Chief Rick Sullivan drops 124 rubber ducks from about 45 feet up. The duck that landed closest to the center dot was purchased by Patty Lemay of Hardwick. She won $310, half of the ticket sales collected.

Fireworks were held at Hazen Union School on the evening of the Spring Festival. The Northstar fireworks display was well attended. Fireworks were sponsored by the Town of Hardwick, individual businesses, and private donations.
