Retiring from Cabot School are Sheila Booth (left) of Marshfield who has been a paraeducator at the school for 24 years and Leonia Pike (right) of Cabot has been a preschool paraeducator at Cabot for 38 years.

Retiring from Hazen Union School are Rusty Ferland (left), of Hardwick, who has been a maintenance technician at Hazen for 22 years. Aileen Gebbie (center) of Greensboro has been an instructional assistant at Hazen for 24 years and has a total of 30 years in education. Jim Raas (right) of Craftsbury has been the design and technology teacher at Hazen for 10 years and has a total of 34 years in education in the Orleans Southwest Supervisory Union district. Missing from the photo: John Sperry, of East Hardwick, has been the athletic director at Hazen for 15 years and was the physical education teacher at Hardwick Elementary School for 17 years.

Craftsbury Schools retirees this year are Tina Lyon (left) who has been at Craftsbury for seven years teaching elementary math and science and has been in education for 20 years. Merri Greenia (center) has been the principal at Craftsbury Schools for 12 years and has a total of 42 years in education. Cheryl Williams (right) has taught K-2 at Craftsbury for 25 years and has a total of 30 years in education.
