Gould to Perform July 13
ALBANY – On Wednesday, July 12, at 1:30 p.m., at the Albany Town Hall. Peter Gould will present his solo clown/mime/music/audience participation performance.
Gould is known in the Northeast Kingdom for his frequent workshops and shows in schools, and for being the founder and director of “Get Thee to the Funnery” Shakespeare camp first in Craftsbury, and now in Greensboro.
Gould has nearly 4,000 performances in many states and countries all over the western world. His performance is fun, accessible, and always light-hearted. His clown character makes a lot of mistakes. His audiences are always oh so helpful as he tries to figure out how to: keep his suspenders attached, use a chair, play his concertina, learn the hula hoop, and juggle basketballs. Audience members should come ready to be volunteers, and ready to learn basic Mime 101 moves.
The show is free, and all are welcome.
