CVSWMD, the Town of Hardwick, Black Dirt Farm and community individuals and businesses are hosting pod sites and have teamed up to present a low-cost residential food scrap collection option for Hardwick – Neighborhood Composting Pods. This year, the program will run as a pilot, opening five neighborhood sites and enrolling 100 households. Space is limited, so residents may sign up for the pilot program at blackdirtfarm.com/compost-pods . Local residents who sign up may save 25 percent off the first three months of service by using the code “COMP.”
