Housing Summit Postponed Until October
MORRISVILLE — Planning For Vibrant Communities, an upcoming Housing Summit workshop hosted by Lamoille Housing Partnership (LHP) and the Working Communities Challenge (WCC,) has been postponed. The new Housing Summit workshop date and time is Friday, Oct. 14, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
“Our hope is that the Housing Summits act as a catalyst to a future in Lamoille Valley where everyone’s housing needs are met, community vibrancy thrives, and economic development continues to flourish,” explains LHP Executive Director, Jim Lovinsky. “In order for our communities to make impactful steps towards that future, deeper engagement and participation from people concerned about these issues is needed. Folks are simply busy right now enjoying the remainder of summer and preparing for the new school year, and so we look forward to revisiting Planning For Vibrant Communities in the fall.”
Planning For Vibrant Communities invites community members to collaboratively develop housing-related action plans in an effort to solve some of Hardwick and Lamoille County’s pressing housing challenges.
