Senior Center Seeks Volunteers

EAST MONTPELIER – The Twin Valley Senior Center (TVSC) is seeking volunteers to help with simple operational maintenance tasks and Meals-on-Wheels. TVSC continues to face the challenges of operating under COVID. The executive director and administrative assistant work above and beyond the call of duty. When a scheduled volunteer is sick or away, they step up. This is one of several reasons why TVSC needs a larger pool of volunteers. TVSC needs a cook to operate the kitchen, prepare food for both in-house dining and Meals-on-Wheels. This is a paid position. Twin Valley Senior Center is located at 4583 US Route 2, East Montpelier, and helps senior-age residents stay emotionally and physically healthy by providing meals, exercise classes, health clinics and a gathering place to socialize.
