Flea Market Donations Sought

by Jan Bailey, Community Journalist

WOLCOTT – Justice For Dogs seeks community support for their annual flea market by asking for flea market donations, which may be dropped off on September 29, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the Wolcott Town Hall. Donations can be quality household items (clean and in working order) and good, clean clothing items.

They request that the following items not be donated: no car seats, televisions, computers, cribs, helmets, pressure cookers, knives, dehumidifiers, books or shoes, no fluorescent bulbs, nothing with filters, no construction supplies, and no large furniture that can’t easily be moved. Justice For Dogs reserves the right to decline any donations that are not suitable for sale.

The Fall Flea Market Sale Days will be held Friday, Sept, 30, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, Oct. 1, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Wolcott Town Hall. In addition to flea market sales, there will be a plant sale, bake sale, lantern auction, and a 50-50 Home for Holidays raffle.
