Learn how to Prepare for Cold Weather, Oct. 1

ALBANY – On Saturday, Oct. 1, at 3 p.m., the Northeast Kingdom Medical Reserve Corps will present a program on cold weather preparedness at the Albany Public Library. Attendees will learn ways to stay protected during cold weather events, like extreme cold, power outages, and ice and snow storms, and how to assemble an emergency kit on a budget. The program is free, all are welcome. The library is located at 830 Main Street, Albany.
