Tax Credit Funding Awarded to Hardwick Town House

ST. JOHNSBURY – The Northern Vermont Development Association has announced that Governor Scott and the Agency of Commerce and Community Development have awarded tax incentives for five building improvement and public infrastructure projects in the Northeast Kingdom, including the Hardwick Town House. The Town House was awarded tax credit to support exterior repairs.

The investments support local businesses, create new housing, and improve the rehabilitation and revitalization in four of the region’s designated downtown and village centers.
