A radon awareness presentation will take place on Saturday, Feb. 11, at 3 p.m., at the Albany Public Library. Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that has no color, smell, or taste. Participants will learn about what it is, why it is dangerous, and what to do about it. The session is led by the NEK medical reserve corps.
