Hardwick Police Report

May 14, between 11 a.m. and 11:45 a.m., Peter Dealmeada, of Cabot, reported that someone backed into his vehicle, a 2012 Toyota Camry, causing damage and left the scene at Tops Market in Hardwick. The damage was to the rear of his vehicle. No further information is available.

On Monday, May 15, Jamie Lynch, of Eden, reported a white motor home sideswiped her 2015 Jeep in the Tops/Market/Walgreen parking lot in Hardwick. A witness obtained the registration plate number form the motor home, which came back to Melvin Rawson, of Hardwick. Hardwick Police met with Rawson at his residence. Rawson advised he was unaware he caused damage to another vehicle, but took responsibility for the crash. No criminal charges are being filed in this case.
