Hardwick Police Report
On June 8, at approximately 6:12 p.m., Emily Purdy, of Greensboro Bend, was operating her 2008 Honda CRV north bound on Vt. Rte. 16 when a deer ran into the roadway and into the side of her vehicle. Her vehicle sustained damage to the driver’s side door and rear door. There was no reported injuries.
On June 13, at 10:15 a.m., Police were dispatched to a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Mill Street and the Hardwick Post Office driveway. Steven Jenne, of Hardwick, was heading west pulling out of the post office parking lot driving a 2008 Honda Civic when he collided with Robin Hill, of Hardwick, who was pulling out of the garage driveway across the street heading west. There was damage to the driver’s side of the 2016 Toyota Camry that Hill was operating and Jenne’s vehicle sustained moderate front damage.
