Alta Turner was one of many artists with their artwork on display, with two of her tapestries on July 23 at the Caspian Arts Gallery at the Greensboro Grange building (open weekends to August 13 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.). Turner’s tapestries reflect two views of New York’s Hudson River, one at the time of Henry Hudson’s exploration (including phases of the moon), and the second of the current Hudson River, with all its bridges.
